Got 2 calls one right after another, says Keensburg, CO did not answer as I don't know anyone in that city,

Repeated calls multiple times every single day! People leave one word messages like, “hello” and “okay” before hanging up.
These people will not stop calling, it is annoying. I don't know who they are and I want them held responsible. They've called me six times today alone.
