Similar to above complaints. Investor named Adam cold called me and left VM indicating someone in the neighborhood told him I might be selling soon and call him back if interested. No last name, no company name and # left wasn't the same as # called from. And "no" I haven't mentioned any plans to move.
Adam has called twice now with an offer to buy my home after “people in the neighborhood indicated I might be selling.” Agree with the previous comment. Bad people.
"Adam" called from a different number and left a very convincing voicemail requesting a call back to this number to return his call. Called it back and it was an obvious scam of someone wanting to know if I was selling my property.
Obvious robocall scam "Looking to purchase investment properties in your area." He said he was "given my number from his sister." Yea... Bullsh*t!

Line sounded like a pre-recorded human was leaving a voicemail in regards to a filing service that my company doesn't use. Was not responsive when I spoke into the phone, call disconnected after about 25 seconds.
They say we have a UCC filing on our company. We do not. They are scammers trying to get you to obtain a business loan with them.
Called saying I had entered an on-line contest and won, something to relating to Breckenridge. Caller new some personal info.

Got a call from (720) 961-1826. They left a voice message something to do with a UCC filing. Sounds like a scam call.
