Got unwanted call from 725-251-5591?
VERY ANNOYING CALLERS !!!!! CALL MY BUSINESS DAILY>>>>>
Getting calls from this number saying their are sending technician to fix my lines, asked the girl if she is calling from AT&T and she said yes. I told her I spoke to AT&T the other and they never said anything about tec visits. They mailed the equipment I needed and worked on the phone with me to set up my stuff. She was trying to tell me something shi….. and I just told her she is lying and disconnected her. I know she will call again.
Get a call from this number at least 5 times a day. Never leave a message as I answered once and it was a lady claiming to be working for AT&T and needed to upgrade our service. Scam! They are a third party company using AT&T lines. Not sure how they can continue to call since I am on the Do Not Call List!?!
They CONTINUALLY call us telling us that they are from AT&T coming to perform upgrades. I tell them we aren't interested, they say we don't have a choice. I tell them i don't handle business with anyone but my direct AT&T sales rep and he said they can't help me. I hang up on them, ignore their phone calls, and they still keep calling. Super annoying and frustrating.
This is fraud/scam fake AT&T call. They claim to be AT&T needing to upgrade your analog lines to digital ones (like the kind used by 911 and hospitals). They stated that 500K businesses in the area needed upgrades. I called AT&T to confirm no such upgrades were happening. They try to get permission to come from the business owner. Be advised they are lying to you. I plan to report them.
They keep calling and I tell them I deal directly with at&t and I do not need there service or technician. The 1st girl started saying Sir Sir, then I shut the phone off.
Said they were calling from AT&T. Caller claimed that a technician was on their way to my business. I said, "no, there is no technician coming to my business for any reason". Caller responded "They are coming anyway" and hung up.
Phone number indicates Telcom Group, calls repeatedly, and then drops.
Finally caught a name of the "third party" this number is working for. "TELFEX is able to offer a lower rate allowing you to continue using ATT lines for your phone" was the statement quickly stated. At that point I let the lady know "We do no business over the phone with third party callers. We only call ATT directly!". Same thing I tell all cold callers on any subject/ We do not handle business over the phone when it is a "cold call" or a third party saying they represent another company. May not stop all the call we get, but I sure gain pleasure letting them know I have their number and on occasion, a bit more information on who they really represent.
