Woman who called sounded as if she was changing her voice. Stated she was calling from the pain center. I asked Who is this? I am having a difficult time understanding you... She repeated but it was still very difficult to understand her words... not from dialect but from the weird voice and cadence. Anyway, I told her I am very sorry. I cannot understand you and hung up.
