This is a SCAM selling solar garbage on behalf of the electric company for Pinellas county, except I called the electric company, and they said there is NO relationship with them. They will not answer when called, instead the phone takes you straight to extension # 970 to leave a message, and the phone number of who was fool enough leave the phone # again -- they can harass/scam that person all over again.
