John called from this number at 10:28 am 7/25/19 and the call was unintelligible. Told him I could not understand him and if he was a solicitor, do not call back and I hung up. He called back @ 10:29 am and I did not answer, but left a message that he was not a solicitation caller, that he was going to be working in the Eaglebrooke area over the next 2 weeks anyway and just wanted to help my family.
