called me by my first name...did not identify...mumbled so badly could not understand what the man was saying... this is the second call in the last 2 weeks

Hannah claims she's calling from FPR. Who knows if she really is or not. But that's who she says she's with. Calling about government contracts and sh!t. FPR is some kind of cost management company.
