NEUTRAL TANDEM-FLORIDA, LLC - FL
Got unwanted call from 727-513-5603?
Please report this to the FTC. Scam trying to buy houses for cash.
Recorded message about wanting to buy my house for cash. Is local to me in Florida. The real estate "agent" only gave his first name in the recorded message, which is a scam giveaway right there. No last name provided and all licensed real estate agents will give their full name. I consider this a robocall, since it is a message stating to press 1 to speak to someone or press 2 to be removed from their list (translation: we know we have a live number if you press 2 and we will continue to harass you). I did not pick up the phone. I listened to the voicemail message. The exact message I received was "Good morning. This is Tyler. And ... look. I know this call's out of the blue. But I just wanted to see if you'd consider a cash offer for your property. We're a team of real estate investors based here in Clearwater Beach. And we're willing to give cash offers to quickly and conveniently buy properties completely as is. We cover all the closing costs and we even let you pick the closing date. If you're interested in hearing more about how we operate and how much we can pay, you can just press 1 to speak with myself or my partner Josh, but if you're not interested in selling, then that's perfectly fine too. You can press 2 to be taken off our list. We look forward to speaking with you soon."
