Received a call from 732-476-5464 Daisy Brown, stating she is calling from New Haven county, the caller ID show call from Metuchen, NJ and she stated to return the call to 409-745-8991 CCSolutions. about a pending matter that has not been resolved and has been reported to her office and that I have the legal right to resolve voluntary - etc., I know there is no pending anything. Just waiting for her to call back so I can let her know what SHE can do.
Nancy Brown said she was calling regarding a matter in Washington DC County... Questioned her regarding what matter, unfortunately I frustrated her when I stated the District of Columbia is NOT a county, she informed me in legal matters it is...Nancy Brown said I have ignored all mail sent to my address and this matter is now on her desk.....
Received 2 calls from some gal who speaks very fast and said she has a legal matter. I have no such history. Even the caller id says "classified cons"! How transparent is that?! Ha!
Left voicemail. Calling about a legal matter in when I have no legal matters against me what so ever. She said my old name from 20+ years ago. She said her name is Miranda Green but caller ID shows Rana D from Metuchen NJ.
Yes, I received multiple calls from this company. When I ask what it was in regards to the woman got really nasty and stated that she will let me know once I verify personal information.
They called my workplace 2 times now after I told them not to. They just called my HR department. Getting a lawyer.
Call for mediation
They called twice - same person - once at 6:45 AM my time. A second call at 9:am my time. A legal matter to review was the topic. I asked them to remove us from list.
Supposedly a mediation company taking about a credit card that was closed over 5 yrs ago.
