i recieved call from them today stating that there federal complaints against me. why didnt i hear of these so called complaints. Can you say HARASSMENT.

I receive multiple phone calls a day from this number. They are looking for someone that is not me. I’ve had this number for 11 years. They left a call back number, which I called and told them to remove my name. They are still calling.

732-769-8850 calls my cell several times in a matter of minutes, as well as several times a day. There is no message left on my cell, but when trying to call the number back it says the mailbox is full. Whoever this company is, left a message on a family member's number who I do not live with stating several federal complaints and I will be served. This of course is illegal for them to do. One message left on a family member's number gave a different phone number to call back. My family member did not have a pen but the area code was 677. This is an entirely different state than where I live and a different state where my family member lives. It is total harassment as I have no accounts in collection status or any complaints against me. What they are doing is illegal and they need to be stopped. I certainly hope by filing this complaint the FTC begins to act on this. It is against the guidelines as well as criminal.
