Attempted to phish info about our business. Called claimed to be "gathering information for libraries" and immediately asked "if (our biz) was still in (our town)". I asked what company was calling and he immediately hung up. Callback immediately went to voicemail with a generic "the customer you called is not available right now" message. Scan shows this to be a VOIP line from Southfield MI. Believe this to be a phishing call to gather more information for a more polished future attack or spam.
