Another igno too stupid to leave a message on machine. I don't know anyone in Texas, but, I bet some dumbass has a big long distance phone bill.
We received a call to our medical office. They are obviously recording answers and "yes" or "no" voice responses but they have not disclosed that they are recording this call which is unlawful. Additionally, when authorized representatives call on a recorded line, they always inform us that we are on a recorded line. I asked if they are calling from credentialing and the woman said it did not signify, she just wants to know if we are seeing new patients. Very polite, but does not seem to be from Humana or an authorized third-party.
got a call from 7372360294 and the caller said they were calling from HUMANA and just wanted to confirm if I was still seeing patients at this location and they said my name .I found it strange but the person hung up quickly. I AM not sure how to end such scam calls.
My clinic receives multiple calls from this number asking if this is the number for scheduling purposes for Humana. They call multiple times and it seems I've had the same experience as other people that have commented about this number calling them from 737-236-0294. I don't know what kind of scam this is either but it's sketchy
Voicemail, “Ignoring this message would be an intentional attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge for criminal offense and this is the final attempt to reach you to know more about this case and to speak with federal agent call immediately on 737-236-2324“
These phone calls have been happening for months now at my clinic. They call & say they are with Humana & ask if the number they're reaching me on is the correct number to call for scheduling, or they ask me to verify our number/address. (which is odd, Humana doesn't help patients with scheduling & never have) For a long time I just gave them the answer; Yes this is the number for scheduling at my clinic. Once they kept happening for multiple months, I reached out to a coworker who advised that these are scam calls. At that point, I began telling the callers that if they wanted to give me a call back number, that I could have my manager call them back with the answer. They usually hang up at this point, or I've had them yell at me saying they don't have call back numbers. One male in particular started to get extremely aggressive about me answering his questions when I refused to do so. They still did not slow despite me taking this approach. So I began to tell them "we are not a contracted company with Humana" every time they call. Sometimes they say okay & hang up, other times they say they understand, but stilla sk for the answer. Now, in December of 2019, I am getting anywhere from 3-6 calls per DAY, never less than 3 & they only happen on weekdays. But I am so fed up at this point I began telling them that they've asked me this same question all year long & they've gotten the answer a hundred times. I ask them to please take me off the list & sometimes I tell them how badly they interupt my patients receiving care when they're calling non stop all day long. Some reps are apologetic, but then I get another call a few minutes later. I've asked multiple times that they stop calling my clinic but they never do. I have no Idea what kinda scam this is, but its beyond ridiculous. They always call on the same number, which is 737-236-0294

Coward did not leave a message. However, too the person who wrote on 12/16/20, it is rare to have long distance phone charges these days, so the "ingo" probably won't have a big bill. But, I agree that these interrupting people should be somehow fined or otherwise punished!
