Receiving calls from this number on my cell phone and also my land line. Same number 747-322-5634 and same callback number, too. The voice mail left on my phone indicated it was from a Mr. Hernandez and they left a case number to reference indicating that papers were being served. They have been calling since August and called again yesterday. This was a real call, not a robocall because they also passed thru my call blocker which requires human interface.
Claims to be wanting my information to serve me legal papers. Told him my street address and asked to mail or serve me papers in person. Instead he got belligerent and asked for personal information, which I refused to give. He then became threatening and stated he would call friends and relatives if I did not provide him details. The kept saying “watch me do it, watch me do it, watch me do it” and hung up. An insanely disturbing call. Please put a halt to this company/scammers practices.
747-322-5634 called everyone in my family giving them my maiden name and old address that they googled, threatening I owe money yet they refused to say what I owe them for. They left a call back number 833-264-0223. Beware of these scammers!
Speaks with heavy accents and says disability specialist, and transfers me to someone saying specialist, they are foreign and collecting us citizens informations,

They asked for me by name. When I asked who they were they stated they were a litigation agency. They said that they were Calling regarding ola. I told him I did not know that person and then proceeded to check online who actually called and saw that it was Spam but it was Spam with many complaints.
