I always google the phone number if they aren't listed in my contact and read the reviews. This number just called 2x name of Rob Billingsley, don't answer send them to the " block" list..
Has now called me twice. I used my phone's screening feature the first time and could hear people talking before the call disconnected. Received another call this morning and it disconnected before I could answer. Both times, there was no answer when I tried to call back (just endless ringing).
