Received several calls from 760-733-6117 indicating that i was being served by the city. And legal action was being taken.
Male called asking for someone I have never heard of and then when I responded that he must have wrong #, said he would turn it over to there fraud department.
Asked if my name was Bonnie. I said no. Asked if my name was Michelle. I said no. Asked if i knew who so and so was, and said no. They did not disclose who they were. She told me to have my ID ready next time to verify. Uhm. Okay sure thing. then they proceeded to call 3 other people I know looking for the same person with similar questions. Def a scam trying to get information. Hard Pass.
Received a call saying a “claim” was being filed against a distant relative. Saying that they would come to my home.
Threatening legal action. Has left several voice-mails to call a "legal office" but leaves different numbers each time.
Had the same thing happen to me a women called very aggressive and rude hung up on me 3 times. Spoke to my lawyer doesn't seem to be a legitimate thing.
Recieved a call in reference to a woman I've never heard of but shared the same last name. I explained it wasn't me and I didnt know anyone by that name. She clearly thought I was lying. Called back and left a threatening message. Clearly just pulling up identical last names off a database. Said to call about the claim to a 877-359-5161.
