So this number called me, and I answered it, thinking it might have been someone I know. I say, "Hello?" about 3 times before they hang up. No one answered me back.
Called twice on two separate days. Answered and in background people talking. Finally they asked "are you there". I answered, "yes, are you there?" and they hung up. I called back. It took some time, and then they said, "OK, good by".
