When this call comes in, my phone's display indicates this number is "Not in Service." I have tried remaining silent when I pick up the phone, and after a few seconds, the caller disconnects. I just answered this last time, some female asked for my wife, and I refused to let the caller talk to her, told her not to call again, and was not particularly pleasant about it!
