I got two calls that my phone preemptively warned me were potentially spam so I declined, but it was this exact number both times. The second one left a message that just sounded like breathing, then typing on a keyboard, then they put "onhold" music. I don't think they knew it was being recorded.
Couldnt understand the man on the phone. Seemed fraudulent Blocked #.
Scammer, said was UPS, but obviously NOT. Foreign accent, fast talker, hung up abruptly. Don't answer these calls!
