I've received an email from recruiter with job opportunity perfectly matching my skills. Next day during phone conversation they asked my personal information and SSN. I answered that will provide my SSN only to employer after will be hired. They wanted to discuss with "their manager" if they can do it. And it was the last day when they could submit candidate's applications to this position. No need to tell they had terrible accent and I asked several times to repeat every sentence they say. I'm foreign, btw, and for me no difficulties to understand other foreigns.
