I received a phone call from a woman who was very rude and nasty. I asked her multiple times what company she was with and what her name was, she continued to talk saying she's a 3rd party that is just calling to notify my company that we need to do an independent ACA compliance review. She became very hostile with me when I wouldn't book an appointment or give her more information about my company, she then hung up on me. I called the number back to see if I could speak to someone else to get more information. The same lady answered the phone saying she was going to file a harassment claim against me for calling back then hung up again. Not sure what the scam is but do no give them any information!

The woman was so nasty and persistent. I kept asking her questions as to why she was calling and I called her bluff on every one of them. I am not quite sure what the scam is for.

Women called from 17722248356, very rude and nasty. same things for Audit ACA compliant. didn't want to provide what company or government calling from. I said we have insurance broker and payroll HR services. She said it doesn't work and requested me to provide our insurance information. Hangup after I rejected to provide.

I just received a call from 772-224-8356 from a male, very nasty and persistent - same thing, said we were obligated to complete an audit for ACA because our company is not compliant with ACA regulations set by the DOL. I also mentioned that we have our broker that handles that and he said they cannot represent us because it is a conflict of interest and we must hire a 3rd party. I knew right there it was a scam-I asked him to email me information and he hung up....

Claimed to be auditor referring to Fiduciary responsibilities in reference to ACA reporting. When I asked her what HCS (company name) stood for she said nothing. Told us to go to DOL website for more information. She was absolutely one of the rudest people I ever spoke with on the phone, very nasty..

Received a phone call from this phone number claiming we needed to fill out a form for the Department of Labor and was insistent on setting up an appointment. Total scam!

Received a call from the same number 772-224-8356 - Nasty women. Wouldn't give her name. Couldn't get any information out of her except that she said she was from the Dept. of Labor. She was asking for our HR dept. When I get calls like that I call the number back. Sometimes they don't work but this one did. She answered the phone was extremely nasty!!! I know why your calling she said and hung up. I was able to research the number in Google. Thanks.Who are these people and what do they want?
