Caller says it is from University of Reno. Calls 3 times in a row. Then calls about every 15 min or every half hour. It may be scamming.

Answered twice. I once got a message saying it was a college and then every time I have answered, the number hangs up or it is an empty call. I get multiple calls a day from it.
