Get calls all the time. Scam storm damage repair company. I keep telling them I live in a condo (true statement) and I control no repairs on the outside. These are stupid people as they know not who they call or even the actual area. One day one of my neighbors let them come out and these jokers were on the roof. I'm on the condo board and stopped to ask them what they were doing.....needless to say, these Jack Asses didn't even know a condo owner can't touch repairs on the exterior of a building. I guess one must expect these people to be idiots....but a scam is a scam!
