Called work line, asking for an employee, claiming he had medical paperwork on hold, and he was from some doctor's office (with a Puerto Rico number?!?!) and I told him if that individual were expecting a call about this, they would have given a cell number, not an main office number. He proceeded (with a VERY heavy accent) to ask for that person's cell number, which I refused, and also e-mail, which was also refused. After back and forth arguing about whether the employee was available he eventually just hung up.
