Wanted to access my computer to verify account. I knew then that the number was bogus
I needed to contact amazon and found this phone number online as a contact number for amazon customer service. Became suspicious when "Jon" needed to look up my account on my computer cuz his showed no problem. That is ridiculous and I told him so. He thanked me and hung up. I then looked this number up directly and found complaints.
Have asked them not to call anymore for they have called 5 times in less than 30 hrs every time it’s another person calling don’t they get it I don’t want to talk to them
