Got unwanted call from 800-325-0778?
scam 1800325-778
I received two of these calls on my cell phone; one on our landline, all of them today, 8/5/2019. The number is 800-325-0778.
Automated message said, press 1 to speak with an officer, I did not press 1

I received this call as well same message as everyone else. It is my understanding that the SS office would send you a letter and not contact you via phone.
Number belongs to SSA, but it is obviously being spoofed.
"THIS CALL IS FROM THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT YOUR SOCIAL NUMBER SECURITY NUMBER HAS BEEN SUSPENDED BECAUSE WE FOUND SOME SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY RUNNING UNDER YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THIS CASE PLEASE PRESS 1 NOW TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE BEFORE WE PROCEED WITH THIS ACTIVITY
"THIS CALL IS FROM THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT YOUR SOCIAL NUMBER SECURITY NUMBER HAS BEEN SUSPENDED BECAUSE WE FOUND SOME SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY RUNNING UNDER YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THIS CASE PLEASE PRESS 1 NOW" Did not answer - this is the message left on my cell phone # - best to call Social Security Dept. directly :)
Someone is spoofing social security number.
