claiming to be a Federal agent checking on your Medicare card that it is correct. Checking name & Medicare number. After the Medicare number I hung up.
Our business phone number was spoofed by scammers through no fault of our own. We spent several days answering calls from people saying that we called them and we did not. I do not know how criminals make it appear as a call is coming from a number that it is not, but these calls are a major hassle to their intended victims as well as the business whose number they hide behind. We apologized to all that called us, though neither us nor our phone company could do anything to prevent this fraudulent activity.

Very poor Customer Service. I called the 800-345-6443 and never talked to anybody. I just sat there for 20 mins listening to mind numbing Music. I just hung up! Followup on the replacement Dream Machine order I placed OVER a year ago. Again, very poor Customer Support. I think it’s time I call your CEO. I stoped using the Dream Machine.
