I also got a ROBO phone call from 800.378.4134 stating that a lawsuit was filed against me regarding ER doctor bills that have been left unpaid, and that I need to call ASAP. I haven't been to the ER in years!
this people called me and start asking about my personal information, i refused to answer any questions.
Its a legitimate collections company based out of Sarasota Florida. They primarily collect on healthcare accounts such as hospitals. Not a scam. They will help you put the account on hold, file for financial assistance, check for insurance, or pay... etc. Unable to pay, just let them know and they will stop calling.
This number is used by Charles Schwab by their branch partner support group to help clients with a variety of issues that they escalate through their local branch representatives. It is not a sales call or spam.
Called us twice in 2 minutes, did not leave a message either time. Appears to be a nuisance call. Robo?
