If this is …pause… there has been a legal complaint mailed to your current address. Please enter your claim number or press one for a live agent." 2018-11-01 19:32 Z, 2018-11-05 16:41 Z and 16:43 Z, 2018-11-08 19:14 Z with no message. Since there was nothing in the mail, I called the number to get the correct spelling for McShell as it is a best guess based upon an internet search, but the call was answered by an automated switchboard asking for an extension or to leave a voicemail. There was no phone number associated with the best guess internet search results, just an address: Waymond McShell Brown; 12 Hunters Cove; Pine Bluff AR 71603; US provided at . I never talked with anyone. My current presumption is that it is a small time scam operation as there was no option for a live agent. The other comments about conversations with a live agent seem to confirm my presumption. An alternate explanation is that the live agent named is not suited for the job and that the company was provided with false information that coincided with innocent victims' phone numbers.

They got me too!!! they called me today. there was a extremely rude, fast talking lady who continued to tell me about a Citibank account I opened in 2009 and made payments on it up until 2013. They had a previous address as well as the last four digits of my Social Security Number. Whenever I would as her to slow down and give me some information about this supposed account, her demeanor would worsen. I finally told her i had no idea what she was referring to and to do whatever she had to do. they threaten to contact my employer as well as take my assets. i even called back to report the person i spoke to as well as get some further information about this. i got an even ruder lady on the phone who told me she was the supervisor. i asked her for further information and she told me to obtain a lawyer and hung up on me. of course i couldn't find the company name online so I'm glad i googled the number and found out it was a scam.

Same thing Recorded message claiming that I have a complaint against me with the pause this silence and I said fuck off and hung up on them another damn scam

I got the same call and it’s silent with my name also. I dis not call back. They said they have a legal complaint that will be mailed. Nothing was mailed and if I am being sued then serve me properly! It’s a scam!

Its spam! They are saying they're suing you but you can tell its a recording. When they go to say your name there's a pause and then silence. DON'T ANSWER!
