Received a call from 800-401-1691 two days in a row. Luckily my cell phones shows at potential spam so I don't answer. When I tried to call back from a landline, it goes directly to voice mail
They said they were from a research company and were doing surveys on Carpenters Union workers
Did not answer. Just background buzzing on message. Called 3X in 2 days.
Recorded message said "Thank you for choosing Baltimore Gas and Electric" SCAM!

This number comes up on caller ID as DirecTV, no message is left on answering machine. They call couple times a day.
