Claims to be National Grid and knows all the right things to say to get you to provide THEM info to seem like they are legit. Wanted me to pay at a "specific location" or else power was going to be shut off. Careful folks.
Receive 3-5 calls per day for over one month. I do not pick the phone up.

I received a text message from number 855-657-3609 "Dear Verizon Customer our recent purchase of $1249.99 has been processed. If you did not authorized(sic) this purchase please call 800-419-2128. " I also received another text message that said my Verizon pin was changed and if I didn't authorize the change to call the 800-419-2128. I successfully logged onto my Verizon account online and it does not show any recent payments. Looks like a scam...
