Recording with disconnection notice, spoke to 3 representatives, they had our address, partial account number and a balance of $14K - that we needed to pay at a drop off station or out power would be shut down. All agents had Spanish accents, (I know this because I am from a Spanish speaking country!).
Posed as gas company billing Threatened to disconnect my my power in 30 minutes
