Show MoreReceived a call from 800-478-7204 and spoke to David who stated that if I do not cancel the Microsoft program that I am being charged 298.00 and it will come out of my account when I asked what account and please verify the last four digits he could not. this was a manager I was speaking to. His employee id #DN1578 based out of California he stated. They wanted to get into my computer to stop the transaction from my bank. I told him I will look into this and hung up and never called them back.
Received a call from 800-478-7204 which stated if the call not returned would be debited to my account. No bank or other information left on the message. Did not return the call.
Stated service via Microsoft & if I didn't cancel,I would be charged. Didn't tell me what kind of service. Sounded like same person who called previously about a problem with my computer. He wanted me to get into my computer & told him no way & hung up & posted this
