Same 45 min shut off notice from PGE, asking for 3 months payment in arrears. This set up has the entire PGE phone tree down, word for word. Even when I logged in and stated that I show I don't owe, the guy still tried to argue with me, until I said, "is this really PGE?". He hung up. I called back, this time with a bogus address, name, etc. They still tried to collect on a past due. She gladly waited while I logged in, then I said to her, "you know the name, address and account info I gave you is bogus, right? ...You should be ashamed". she hung up. My plan is to make today their worse day of work.
Fraudulent call from this number telling us the call is from PG&E and that this is a 45-minute shutoff notice for non-payment and to call immediately.

FAKE scam phone number they will waste your time. They are apparently a 3rd party for BCBS but I would suggest NOT calling them. They will give you the run around, then state that they "have to connect you to their internet investigation unit for further information on your account" then they will put you on hold, and transfer you back to stateside BCBS. At that point, they cut in again, trying to get ahold of you. Do NOT pick up if they call back once you are transferred stateside to talk to a BCBS rep based here in the US. I just got off of the phone with BCBS US based rep and got my situation straightened out. Do not use the 3rd Party phone number for BCBS, as I do not know how their out of country call centers are ran! If you make a payment over the phone to them, which I DID NOT do, you will most likely have your identity compromised. My background is in healthcare EMS. Take my advice.
