Claiming to be UPS customer service. Thanking us and wanting to know if we need anything.
This call appeared as+1 (210) 566-3237. The caller identified themselves as representing Microsoft Technical department. They advised me that my updates were being blocked and asked me to go to my computer so that they could help me. I refused and asked for a callback number and they gave me +1-(800) 550-1818 and indicated he was calling from Redmond, Washington. I asked why the incoming number was from San Antonio, TX, His response was that calls from the 1-800 number does random numbers. I told him that I would call the 1-800 number someday and hung up.

i got a call too from 1-800-550-3611 claiming to be UPS. The guy said his name was Dennis Crawford and wanted to let me know UPS was changing their reward program but not to worry I won't loose any points. He tried finding out more info on my company but I didn't give him the time of day.
