I have received a call a week for the past 3 or 4 weeks from a female person who knows my name and landline #, but speaks fast and unclearly, does not say what the call is about, and then says a call back phone # that begins 637 0494 and then 4 numbers that are pretty unintelligible but sound like "0266". That number apparently is non-existent and I get a message from AT&T that the call cannot be completed.

Showed up on my voicemail notices several times, but going to the voicemail, it immediately disconnected without dialing.
Caller claimed to be calling from T-Mobile about a free tablet promotion. Didn't sound at all professional and left no information about the actual promotion. SCAM!
Recorded message. Pretends to be Social Security Fraud Department.
No one there! Pick up and no one responds. Must be getting paid on the number of calls they make
