Speaks in broken English. Used profanity when I asked to be taken from their calling list.
Calls and says that they are calling from my provider of electricity (West Penn Power) which is not my provider! Asked for an Anthony, there isn't an Anthony here. Then asked who is my provider. In the last 3 days I have already received 13 calls from them. I have asked them to stop calling and take me off the call list. Frustrating!!!
ID comes through as West Penn Power....caller left a message in a foreign language. has called 5 times in one day. II answered once and told him to stop calling. Called back in 2 minutes.
This number will not stop calling - it's a robot of some type. I just do not want anymore calls!!
