This number is a number for law firm named Pardalis and Nohavicka Lawyers from New York, NY. I called the number back and got their call center and they reported that they had not contacted my number. The original caller left no voice message. I believe their number was spoofed.
Pretending to be community bank asking for a person. Won't stop calling.
Relentless calling, then they try minutes after with the call being restricted. Saying they are Community Bank with such and such account, then they also do another one that says at this point it is urgent we discuss your options available to you, etc. Blocked them but the calls still come over, direct to my voicemail. SCAM!!
lots of call from these people, some hidden/restricted numbers and some various out of state numbers, one vm with automated voice asking to call this 800, shady and scammy, I don't have any business with them or any outstanding debt/cards
claims that my icloud account has been breached and to press 1 to connect. I dont have an icloud account.
This is the collection department for Comenity Bank, the underwriting bank for many different revolving credit retail accounts such as Restoration Hardware. They are contacting you because you are behind in your payments. Call the number, and tell the customer service representative what the delay is and when you think you'll be able to catch up. They'll not your account and the calls will stop unless you still haven't made a payment by the promised date.
