Received an invoice via email from Norton Premium, Looking at the invoice I knew immediately it was fraudulent. The number on the top was 800-708-3039 and suggested it was Norton. I called Norton and confirmed it was fraudulent. That number is also listed for a company called Out of the Box in Long Island, NY.
Man said he was calling from electric company saying I was late on my bill and electricity would be shut off in 30 mins if I didn't buy a cash card and give them the money.
It is NOT Chase new card validity phone no. Call Chase immediately to block your Chase card.
Asked for my mother - would not tell me more. Told him not her number he asked when she would be back. Said he was from Akon or Oron but could not provide more info!
Claiming to be Norton Security. Has my name, phone, and email address, but obviously fake.
18007082549 called my phone left message. Did not say who, what,when, why or how for me to know what this is pertaining to. Just stop it already I am not going to answer my phone.
