Apparently, when you don't answer their call they send you a letter which I just received telling me to call that 8007157194 or I will lose my warrenty or some such thing. Bogus.

Yep. Same with me. Just purchased a new car and a week later i was gett9ng calls and then letters from them. At best this is an after market warranty company and in no way associated with the vehicles original warranty. They use scare tactics. Avoid them at all cost.
