Got a new TOM TOM device. Used google to get tom tom phone number. This guy comes on line, said he needed to get on my computer to help install new device. Takes off my antivirus, says he can fix all my problems in 45 mins. He charges me $369.95 to fix my computer and install Norton antivirus. After 2.5 hours he didn't fix anything. Told him I wanted my money back, said he couldn't do that. Only gave me a 1 year subscription to Norton and for the next 3 months any time I was on my computer he would call me and want to get back on my computer, which I did not let him. He better be glad he lives in CA. He is a liar, a cheat and a thief. If he lived any closer to me than all the way across country, I would show up and kick his ass up to his shoulder blades for him. He never tells you that he didn't work for tom tom. After I got the right phone number, called them and found out that they knew about this but just said he was not affiliated with TOM TOM Corp. CA attorney general office should do something about prosecuting him and getting my money back.
Called, left message # & extension to call, also was a debt collector. Called as asked, asked for name as mine, middle name was wrong,,,,, did not say why I was called, fishing for this person

Received a call from 800-861-5649. I'm disgusted at the lack of efforts on the part of the FTC and Do Not Call Registry to deter these calls.
