Received a text from this number asking for someone named Isaiah; when I called the #, it was some kind of payday service type scam. They have texted me in the past.
Voicemail left is from a guy who barely speaks English; something having to do with a fictional Office 365 account, looking for credit card info. I'm guessing there's a Nigerian prince somewhere involved in this... :)
