At least 2 consumers from Arizona, Connecticut reported phone number 800-906-5632 to the Federal Trade Commission. 50% of the complaints reported call or text message to be a robocall or recorded message. The last complaint was on March 29, 2019.
Called and left message to call back becuase services were going to be disconnected by 2:15pm. When I called the number back for more info as this is my business line, there was an automated message from Entergy electric company and asking english or spanish. After pressing 1 a person with a foreign accent answered and began asking me my account number. When I began questioning him back about this call not being legitimate, he hung up.
They identified themselves as being from the electric company and that power was scheduled to be shut off in 30 minutes due to non payment. Scam/fraud. Do not respond to the number.
They called saying they were an energy company and if we didn't call back in 45 minutes they were going to turn off our electricity.
