called, ticked on voice message right away without leaving message 'scout call' to spy if number is active and has voice mail these calls are always robo calls, scanning for active numbers with voice mail scout callers usually sell the active number/voice mail pair.
got a call saying i did not pay my house payment i thought it was a scam

What gets me is 71 complaints to the FTC and these people are still calling everyday. What a useless branch of our government. Them, and the DNC.
