The number comes up connected to what would appear to be a legit business ("B&H Rolloff Dumpsters"), but it is playing an obvious "scare scam" message about social security benefits.
customer service said she is in Inda and collected my social security number and date of birth asking me to many questions. I am suspected that this is fraud trying to bill different Insurance company... I am reporting this to medicare

800-913-7405 is posing as capital one bank for credit card debt / amazon account for online shopping and IRS / social security agent and meridian bank credit card offers .... They left voicemail message that said if I don't call them back , they will take legal action against me as search warrant .
