continual calling cell phone with no message over weeks - returned call on business line and heard recording saying that call was important and then hung up

Didn't answer and no message left.
I received a call from this number. When I answered there was definitely someone on the other end but they hung up. I called back and received the message "your call is important to us", a pause and then disconnect.
