Caller ID said "Snohomish PUD" which is the local electric utility. The person on the other end (for whom English was a second language) said that my power would be cut off in 25-60 minutes and I need to call the 800 number. Clearly a scam.
They left a message which said from the shell Corporation legal department

Got a call from 1-800-995-1988. Saying that I qualify for loan forgiveness asked for my job information and that it would set up payments if I paid off a small fee first, and that the payments would be deposited from my bank account. I refused to give my bank information over the phone. And they even were able to access my loan information. The guy said his name was Connor. I feel it is scam. I will not be accepting anymore of their calls.
