Keeps calling and leaving voicemails to schedule a screening. How did they get this number? WE DO NOT USE OPTUM!
This number called, said they wanted to schedule a visiting nurse visit for my medical groups annual health assessment. We'd already done that. Caller id was anonymous. Not likely legit Call was disconnected.
Try to pass themselves off as Dish or DirectTV when in fact they have no affiliation.They couldn't even confirm my account details but instead try to sell me a "better package deal"
