"Kelly Stephens" female with a poor English accent said she was working with "local: real estate investors looking to buy my property. More of the same "double closing" BS from real estate investor websites that "show you how to make money in real estate on the side". These calls come in almost daily with someone trying to buy your property as is, in other words at less than full market price so they can take the equity.
This person called my place of business asking for me by name and stated they were calling about my personal residence for a real estate company! Very invasive!! They should not have my work number and my personal residence tied together, nor should they be calling me about my home and if I want to sell it.
SCAM! I didn't receive a call but an email saying they charged $300 to my credit card ending in "xxxx" for" PC Premium Support, Inc. and to call this number if I had any questions . My card was not billed and these scammers are phishing for credit card information. DO NOT CALL THEM
