Voice mail left: "This is Samantha Tyler. I am a courier with the county. I have retained to serve you documents attached to your social security number. This is an attempt to locate you at your residence or place of employment to obtain your signature. If this is a failed attempt, it will result in a missed court appearance on your behalf and legal proceedings will continue without you. To stop the process of being served and prevent a missed court appearance, contact me at 866-976-5604 and provide me with your court file number." The phone number that called me was 801-657-5670. I'm calling the bluff as I have searched the 866 number and have found sites regarding the same phone call made by the same lady calling from different area codes. On a side note, you are NOT warned that you are going to be served and you CANNOT stop the attempted to be served.
