newer software robocaller, had first name of one member of the house, but none of the others. Could not answer specific questions without hearing the loop before it repeated itself. Claimed to be calling on behalf of local police, but the number is spoofed (giving a city,state; not a legitimate company, non-profit, or business). That it was spoofing Barton, VT was the give-away of fraud doing calling (and the odd robocaller voice)
